At SilkKaze, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our Skirts, Jumpsuits, and Pants.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gifted items or items purchased with a promotional discount code, unless faulty.
- Items not in their original condition.
