Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
SilkKaze currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You will see the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping cost calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
The estimated Standard Shipping transit time is 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The cost will be displayed clearly during the checkout process. Please note that SilkKaze does not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to [email protected]. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. SilkKaze has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We declare all packages at their full value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SilkKaze is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier processing, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (over 20 business days for most destinations), please contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
